Hophurst Brewery are a pioneering microbrewery. They are unique in the industry as the first social enterprise microbrewery that re-skills and employs people over the age of 50 through their training and re-skilling programme. Their mission with this is to give new vigour, new passion and new purpose to an often overlooked community demographic. Founded by head brewer Stuart Hurst, the Hophurst tagline ‘Crafted with a Conscience’ is no marketing gimmick.
