Pub/Club & Cider Pub of the Year – Judging Forms
There are three opportunities available for completing this form:
Option one:
Email forms@wigancamra.org.uk and request your personalised Google Sheet. This will enable you to complete the form on line using Google Sheets via mobile or PC and your scores will be submitted automatically
Option two:
Click on the image below to open a pdf version of the form. Your installed pdf reader may allow you to complete the form digitally or you can print and complete manually, then scan and return by email.
Option three:
Email forms@wigancamra.org.uk and request a pdf version to be returned by email as an attachment for you to print and complete locally.
