Traditional real ale pub with Sky sports and TNT on numerous TV screens. Popular with Football and Rugby supporters. Normally has 5 real ales and 2 hand pulled ciders has appeared in the Good Beer Guide many times.
The Berkley
Sunday-Thursday 12:00-23:00 (01.00 Friday, Saturday)
Lively pub with Live music and DJ’s at the weekend. Sky sports on numerous TV’s plus one very large screen. The pub serves 4 real ales including Moorhouses White Witch and Blonde Witch together with 2 others which are changed regularly.

Late night music venue with bands performing regularly on stage in the back room. Has 2-3 real ales and 3-4 hand pulled ciders.

One of Wigan oldest pubs dating back over 400 years. Has 6 real ales some from the Thwaites range and has regularly appeared in the Good Beer Guide. On Friday and Saturday a second upstairs bar is open.

Traditional pub fully refurbished a few years ago. There is large outside seating area to the rear with covered seating booths. One real ale on offer at the moment. Food served every day including breakfasts at the weekend.

It has a number of events though out the year including Beer Festivals, Monday Quiz nights, Beer tasting evenings and live music on Sunday afternoon. Large outside seating area.
